2. Reader account
Creating an account is free and requires a valid email address, confirmed through a link sent to that address. Readers choose a personal password and undertake to keep it confidential. The account is strictly personal: it may not be lent, shared or transferred. The publisher may suspend an account in the event of fraudulent use or use contrary to these Terms.
Readers may close their account at any time by writing to contact@guineafinancialreview.com. Invoices are kept for the period required by law.

4. Use of content
Content is intended for personal, non-commercial use. In particular, the following are prohibited: reproducing or redistributing articles, PDF editions or data without permission; automated collection of the website (bots, scraping) other than by search engines; circumventing subscriber-only access. Short quotations are permitted, stating the source and linking to the article.
5. Nature of the information
Guinea Financial Review publishes journalism, verified in accordance with its editorial charter. The articles, analysis, figures and prices published do not constitute investment, legal or tax advice. Decisions taken on the basis of this information are the reader’s sole responsibility. Market prices may be delayed: their time and source are stated.
6. Liability
The publisher takes reasonable steps to publish accurate information and corrects errors publicly. It cannot be held liable for indirect damage or for temporary unavailability of the website. Readers are responsible for the use of their account.
7. Reporting errors, corrections and right of reply
Any error may be reported to redaction@guineafinancialreview.com. The right of reply is exercised under the conditions laid down by Organic Law L/2010/002/CNT of 22 June 2010 on freedom of the press, in writing to the same address.
8. Changes to the Terms
The publisher may amend these Terms. The applicable version is the one online at the time of use; registered readers are informed of any substantial change.
