These terms of sale apply to the purchase of a digital subscription to Guinea Financial Review on the website https://www.guineafinancialreview.com. Version 2026-10. Any subscription implies acceptance of these terms of sale and of the terms of use.
2. Offers
Subscription offers, their content (subscriber articles, newsstand PDF editions, archives…), duration and price are presented on the Subscribe page. Prices are stated in Guinean francs (GNF), all taxes included.
Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen period (one month or one year) and do not renew automatically: no payment is taken without a new action by the subscriber.
3. Subscribing
Subscribing requires a reader account with a confirmed email address. The subscriber chooses an offer and is then redirected to the secure payment page of our payment provider.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by our payment provider (CinetPay), by mobile money or bank card depending on the methods offered. Guinea Financial Review neither receives nor stores any bank card data or mobile money credentials. The full price is payable on subscription.
5. Activation and invoice
The subscription is activated as soon as the provider confirms the payment, for the period purchased from that date. A numbered invoice is issued and remains available in the “My account” area. If the payment fails or is abandoned, no subscription is activated and nothing is owed.
6. Access to the service
The subscription is personal and may not be shared. Access is provided as is, through the website; the publisher endeavours to ensure continuity but cannot guarantee it. A prolonged interruption attributable to the publisher may, on request, give rise to an equivalent extension of the subscription.
7. Withdrawal, termination and refunds
A subscriber who requests immediate access to content after payment acknowledges that the service starts at once; a prepaid subscription ends on its scheduled date, without a refund of the current period, unless the publisher is in breach.
8. Complaints
Any complaint about a payment or subscription should be sent to abonnements@guineafinancialreview.com, quoting the payment reference. A reply will be provided as soon as possible.
9. Personal data
The data needed for the subscription and invoicing is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms of sale are governed by Guinean law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Conakry.
